All ICISP Representative materials are available through FTP. Please contact the ICISP Office at 309-268-8664 for username and password.

Accessing the FTP ICISP Rep-only section on the ICISP website

In order for all of our internal information to be restricted from the general population visiting our website, these documents have been placed in a password-protected folder.

You will access the files similarly to how you access files on your own computer, rather than clicking on links on a webpage.

There are two ways to access the ICISP rep. documents using FTP. In addition, it is possible to access the FTP site through your browser, but this is not recommended, as there are glitches depending on which browser you are using, etc.

1. By using this method, you can open items without saving them onto your computer.
Using Windows Explorer "My Computer" (Mac-users, please contact your IT dept. to ask for equivalent directions)

1. Click on My Computer.
2. Click in the address bar and type: ftp://ftp.icisp.org
3. Hit “Enter”
4. A dialogue box should appear that asks for your username and password
5. Please note: the username and password are case sensitive
6. You should now see a tree of folders and files you have access to
7. You can open any of these materials - you may have to reeenter your password
8. This area is for you to access information, please DO NOT save files into this folder
9. If you would like to have information uploaded, please send it to the ICISP office
10. All reps have the same username and password, please do not give these to students.

2. This method allows you to download multiple items easily from the site and save them on your computer.
Using an FTP client, such as Cute FTP

1. Open FTP Client, choose new connection, label site whatever you want
2. Enter in www.icisp.org for the host address, and enter your username and password
3. Please note: the username and password are case sensitive
4. You should only have to set this up once and then simply choose this option when you open the ftp client.
5. On lefthand side of screen open up folder where you wish to save the downloaded files
6. Highlight desired file and click on down arrow to download the file to your computer.
7. You can open any of these materials
8. This area is for you to access information, please DO NOT save files into this folder
9. If you would like to have information uploaded, please send it to the ICISP office
10. All reps have the same username and password, please do not give these to students.
